Our initial contact was very cordial, but as soon as they had out deposit customer service went out the window. Gave us a "binding quote" and then charged 50% more, even when I took several items (fridge, suitcases, cabinets) off the invoice list. Gave some BS excuse that their software was standard. Well I suggest you update your software or use a video inventory. With today's technology it shouldn't be that hard. After all, the crew that showed up did a video to say that they had to charge 50% more than was quoted. Never go with this type of moving company, especially not Northern or United States Moving system Inc. I would have been better off hiring a couple local guys to help me load a Upack truck, or getting a couple of Uhauls.

Don't let them take your money. These fast talking me thrive off ripping people off. Lots of reviews all over the internet. I did not do my due diligence. What a fool they made od me! You off. When the time came to schedule the truck, I get a call saying I have more stuff than Matthew quoted me on. 150 square feet is actually 1200-not 510 cubic feet. I guess this js a very common tactic. Well they got $1200 of my money but at least they didn't get $5000! Beware!
